Will general members file a members oppression lawsuit against Bajwa, Virk, Prasad, Joshi & Rana?

Cricket Canada executives Amjad Bajwa, Qasim Virk, Praim Prasad, Pawan Joshi, and Imran Rana have been accused of oppressing general members. They no-showed a court-ordered SGM, leaving 7 members and a proxy waiting with no explanation. The Chair and scrutineer were equally clueless. These executives have pushed member oppression to its highest level. Will the general membership finally take legal action under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and file a formal oppression lawsuit against them?
